Many products are in stock. Those that need to be special ordered or to reserve an item already ordered for stock require a 50% deposit. Cancellations to reservations or special orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee since provisions are made constantly to replenish stock. Cancellations often result in excess stock on hand, which is costly.
